RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Brooks Thomas will exchange, refund or credit the buyer for damaged or faulty goods or for goods received that are not the item ordered.

We can not exchange, refund or credit any goods that have been altered, such as fabric that has been cut or wallpaper that is cut and installed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to accurately measure for the amount of wallpaper and fabric needed. It is our recommendation to have a professional wallpaper installer or fabric work room measure and provide you with the accurate measurements and quantities you will need. Brooks Thomas is not responsible for these measurements.

Buyer is responsible to inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify Brooks Thomas within 48 hours in writing at info@brooks-thomas.com of any damages and to include photos of stated damages. All original packaging must be returned and items must be unused and in original unaltered condition. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.
