SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and freight costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address provided by the buyer. We offer many delivery options: International Overnight, International 3-Day, International Economy, Domestic Overnight, Domestic 2-Day, Domestic Ground. Due to conditions related to COVID19, couriers, and Brooks Thomas, can not guarantee deliveries will be made according to the delivery service(s) you purchase. All deliveries include insurance and tracking. Buyer is responsible to inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify Brooks Thomas in writing at info@brooks-thomas.com of any damages and to include photos of stated damages. Buyer is responsible to discard any wrappings, crates, etc.

White Glove delivery service is available. This includes bringing goods inside the delivery address, set up, and discarding of all trash and wrappings.

DELIVERY

If an item is in stock, typical delivery is 2-3 weeks from payment. Many of the items purchased through Brooks Thomas are made to order and may take up to 12 weeks to produce, or even longer depending on the item and manufacturer. Occasionally an order will be delayed from the manufacturer, and we will update you by email.
