Marthe Armitage fabrics are hand screen printed in Southall, London. They are enhanced by slight colour variations – inks are mixed from scratch for each print run. The base cloths are natural cotton and linen fibres and will vary slightly from batch to batch. Small imperfections in the weave are normal. The fabrics are sanforized after printing to give a softer handle.

These designs are available on your choice of fabric ground:

Lightweight 100% Linen in Natural Beige or White (suitable for soft furnishings)
Heavyweight 51% Cotton/49% Linen in Natural Beige or White (suitable for upholstery and soft furnishings)

Samples

Sampling of print-to-order fabric comes from previous printed orders and as a result, sample colourways are limited. Samples are mainly to show fabric, pattern, and print quality. Owing to the bespoke nature of Marthe’s prints, colours shown here are for illustrative purposes only.
